Proof the American always will and always have dominated drag racing - Steve Morris Engines built 'Sick Seconds' runs 6.64 @ 222.14

The American will always rule the dragstrip. It is not even a debate. If you want the absolute fastest car to go down the 1320 you want American muscle. You may want that American Muscle delivered by Steve Morris Engines who is responsible for this monster you see below.

Meet 'Sick Seconds' a highly modded pro-mod style big block '69 Camaro. How much power is this thing putting out? Good question. The last time they had it on the dyno it maxed out a Dynojet at 2500 wheel:

Twin 94mm Precision turbochargers at 27 psi will do that. Combine 3000+ horsepower with a 3300 pound curb weight and you get a car that will do 6's at over 220 miles per hour in the 1/4 mile. Oh, and it's street legal.

This car belongs to Tom Bailey of Bailey Racing. It's safe to say it is one of the fastest street legal cars in the world.
